Home health careAssociates Home Care, Inc. is a locally owned company committed to providing caring, competent and compassionate personal care and home support services to the aging and/or physically or intellectually disabled populations.

We are committed to delivering programs and services designed to support the ability of each client to live safely and independently in their home while offering assurance, help and peace of mind to their family and loved ones.

We provide an array of services including bathing, skin care, simple exercises, ambulation, errands, light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, meal preparation and socialization.

Services for individuals covered by county programs for the elderly or the intellectually disabled are provided in accordance with their "Individual Service Plan", which is designed to achieve each client's established therapeutic goals.

We are licensed by the State of Pennsylvania and have been serving the needs of clients and their families since 1999.

David NewhartDavid Newhart, RN

Program Director

David Newhart, RN is an experienced professional nurse with more that 25 years experience in the home care field. He is a graduate of Louisiana State University School of Nursing and he enjoys a reputation as an excellent clinician with a commitment to assuring the delivery of excellent care to our clients.

David is responsible for the recruiting, hiring, training and ongoing supervision of all home health aide and home based waiver personnel.

He is also responsible for the ongoing staff development and quality assurance functions as well as the day to day operations of the program.

David participates in many professional and community organizations including the Bucks County Long Term Care Consortium, H.O.P.E (Helping Other People Everyday), and Aging in Place.

It is David's belief that the cornerstone of our program is the caring, competent and compassionate services provided each day to our clients by our dedicated staff. As such, David seeks to hire individuals who demonstrate a commitment to these same values and goals.

Carla HarrisCarla Harris, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Field Staff Coordinator

Carla Harris CNA is an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant, dedicated to assuring the satisfaction of our clients and the competence of our staff.

Carla seeks to understand the specialized needs of each client and family at the onset of their admission to our program. She then carefully uses that information in choosing a home support staff member who possesses the skills and attributes most suited to meet those needs for the purpose of earning the complete satisfaction of each client and their family.

Carla also performs field training of new and experienced staff members and augments their ongoing field supervision to assure their competence and reliability as caregivers.

Carla Harris loves her job and it shows in her enthusiasm, her positive "can do" attitude and in the high praise from her clients and families about her compassionate approach to her work.

Susan EverettSusan Everett

Scheduling Coordinator

Susan Everett has been a member of our team for more than 7 years and is responsible for scheduling our staff visits in accordance with the needs of our clients and families.

Susan is in frequent contact with those we serve which affords her a clear understanding of each client's needs so she can effectively formulate a schedule designed to best satisfy those requirements.

Susan also communicates regularly with third party insurers regarding the payment authorization process to help assure that this flows smoothly.

New clients are accepted only when we have the staff required to provide coverage for the newly authorized hours with the goal of having all cases staffed at the 100% level.

Maureen Keeney-StollMaureen Keeney-Stoll, MA

Director of Human Resources and Compliance

Maureen Stoll is a Human Resources and Business Management professional with extensive experience in the health care field.

Maureen is responsible for the oversight and management of all Human Resources functions including the coordination of the recruiting and hiring process for our organization. She is also responsible for assuring our compliance with all laws and regulations related to the operation of our programs.

Ms. Stoll is dedicated to identifying, hiring and retaining qualified staff who possess the skills and attributes to provide excellent care and service to our clients.
